Some possible reasons why this message may occur include:

  • You may have previously created a Telelogic Passport. You can request to have your password reminder emailed to you.
  • Someone has already created a Telelogic Passport using the email address you specified. If you are certain the email address you attempted to register with is yours, request a password reminder.
